Honey Mustard Chicken
Ingredient
- 100g chicken
- 200g tofu
- 500g green/red/yellow pepper
- 200g celery roots
- 150g carrots
- 2 spoons of honey
- 2 spoons of mustard
Procedure
- preheat the pan & add the chicken
- prepare the pepper by cutting it in long slices
- after the chicken and tofu have been roasted gently, add the pepper
- mix the honey and the mustard in a bowl
- add the sauce to the chicken and pepper after 7 minutes
- let it cook for several minutes on a low heat level
- rasp the carottes and celery roots
- add a dressing of your choice
- enjoy
