Ice Cream

Ingredient
  • 500 ml cream
  • 125 ml milk
  • aroma (vanilla aroma)
  • condensed milk
Procedure
  1. whip the cream until it forms soft peaks
  2. mix the milk with aroma (you can add sugar)
  3. add a bit of condensed milk
  4. mix all these ingredient in a bowl, which will fit in your freezer
  5. put in the freezer for about 30 minutes
  6. at the edges it begins to form ice crystals, mix them under the rest of your ice cream mixture
  7. repeat steps 5 & 6 until the whole mixture is frozen
